  • Weekly Worker Co-op Night!

⚠️ NOTICE: The Worker Co-op Night scheduled for today, August 14th (Fri) has been CANCELLED. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi. We are software consultants based right here in Yugawara, operating as the TNG Worker Co-op—a workplace where all members share in ownership and management. I’m the representative director, Yasuaki Kudo.

We are currently in the midst of a global “AI Reset.” This feels like a massive shift, similar to the dawn of the internet. Because so much is changing from the ground up, we believe this is a unique window of opportunity to reshape how we work and build the kind of collaborative economy that worker co-ops have always envisioned.

At our weekly meetings, we share what worker co-ops are all about. If you are interested in joining or starting one, that would be wonderful. But that isn’t the only goal. Any effort to increase collaboration is a step in the right direction, and we want to anchor this movement right here in Yugawara.

As a concrete first step, we are conceptualizing an app to promote collaboration in our local community, serving as a platform for creativity and initiative.

Whether you want to use technology to move beyond traditional top-down work structures, have an interest in self-driven projects, or simply want to meet people and discuss these ideas, you are very welcome to join us.

  • Labor, Cooperation, Toyohiko Kagawa and the Way of Christ

Sense of incongruity, It’s all about money after all, Alienation, Is this how it’s going to be for the rest of my life?, Worries,
Wanting to die, Anxiety, Working reluctantly, Hikikomori (Social withdrawal)——

Labor, Cooperation, Toyohiko Kagawa and the Way of Christ

“Christianity” is not a religion or a ritual. It is the way of humanity.

Toyohiko Kagawa, who established social security, the labor movement, cooperatives, and credit unions in Japan and had a profound impact on the world, proudly walked that path and showed us by example. Kagawa’s theology lies in practice, and those practices simply blossomed.

In our modern age where social problems accumulate, let us also walk the way of Christ and let it blossom in our homes, workplaces, cooperatives, for-profit and non-profit businesses, and various other places. Bring any problems or worries you have in life.
