TNGは神奈川県湯河原町を拠点とするAIサービス協同組合（労働者協同組合）です。私たちは「協同組合主義（相互扶助・連帯）」と「キリスト教精神」というバックボーンを大切にしています。実はこの二つ、歴史的にも深く重なり合っており、根っこにあるのは「お互いに支え合い、人を大切にする」こと（どちらのお好きな言葉で捉えていただいても大歓迎です）。 TNG is an AI services cooperative based in Yugawara, Japan (Worker Cooperative). Our foundation is rooted in both Cooperativism (mutual aid & solidarity) and Christian social values. Historically and in practice, the two share deeply overlapping DNA—at the heart of both is solidarity and caring for people (feel free to choose whichever vocabulary resonates with you).

2022年11月発足。現在は代表理事の工藤 靖顕（くどう やすあき / 1976年11月生、受洗したカトリック信徒として宣教・エキュメニズム・協同組合運動に積極的に参加）が中心となって実務を行っていますが、他に11名の組合員（総勢12名）が参加しています。より多くの仲間が主体的に仕事に関わる「本格的な労働者協同組合」への移行を目指し、現在は運動づくりの歩みを進めています。 Founded in November 2022. While representative director Yasuaki Kudo (born Nov 1976; baptized Catholic actively engaged in evangelization, ecumenism, and the cooperatives movement) currently serves as the primary worker, TNG has 11 other members as well (12 total). We are actively building our movement with the goal of transitioning into a full worker cooperative where more people take on collaborative work.
賀川豊彦（1888〜1960）の「神の国運動」、カトリック社会教説（CST）、そして「協同組合主義」の3つは、どれも「人間の尊厳と助け合い」において深く重なり合っています。かつて日本中に協同組合の種をまいた歴史を受け継ぎ、AIが急成長するいま、私たちはその歩みをテクノロジーで引き継ぐ「現代の第二次神の国運動」を構想しています。 Toyohiko Kagawa’s (1888–1960) "Kingdom of God Movement", Catholic Social Teaching (CST), and "Cooperativism" all deeply overlap around human dignity and mutual aid. Building on the seeds of cooperatives planted a century ago, in this era of rapid AI growth we are conceiving a modern "Second Kingdom of God Movement" to advance this mission through technology.
